The Search for Gourmet Italian Style Pizza

A Pizza Tale

So, it’s a sunny day in Indiana PA., and I was craving a slice of hot pizza. Not just any slice of pizza, mind you. I wanted something special. I was on the hunt for a classic slice of gourmet Italian style pizza. And a good one, too.

Nothing greasy or flavorless, nothing that would leave my stomach in uneasy knots. So I looked to see if I could find a New York style pizza
place near me that not only was well-reviewed but sold pizza by the slice.

I came across a little pizza place near me called Serrianni’s that fit the bill exactly. It had good reviews, it has been in business a very long time, and most importantly, they served authentic gourmet Italian style pizza. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it out.

This little mom and pop shop impressed me a lot by the time I was done. They told me about their business, in service for over 6 decades, while I was ordering from their generous menu.

Serrianni’s Pizzeria makes all their food in-house, using only organic ingredients. And they pride themselves in keeping pizza close to its roots. Authentic, healthy, satisfying, and delicious.

And they didn’t disappoint; it filled my craving as nothing else could. I could tell the dough was house-made, and the sauce also.

It was savory and delicious, the cheese melty and the pepperoni perfectly juicy and crisp. I could tell they weren’t lying when they told me they sourced only the highest quality ingredients.

After I was done, I took a longer look at the menu, and I was impressed by their large selection of pizzas and Calzones. I’d definitely be coming back here. Nothing beats an authentic, gourmet Italian style pizza. It’s hard to have just one slice.

I would definitely recommend Serrianni’s pizzeria. I was looking for a pizza place near me, and I’m so glad I found this one! It’s definitely going to become my new standby for when I’m craving a quality pizza.
